play365 is a sports league that allows kids from all backgrounds to participate in organized games and sports with their peers. It is a great way for parents to get their children active and off the couch!
It started as a personal project for Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Suzan Lori Parks. She challenged herself to write a play every day for a year, sometimes only a few lines and no stage directions. University Players jumped in and took on the challenge, with 40 of Parks' 365 plays.
Merritt says the plays aren't necessarily linked thematically, but patterns do emerge. There's one on Abraham Lincoln, for example, that she thinks fits in well. Others are more season-specific, like the NFL and March Madness Linklist.bio/play365daftar. The rest could be interpreted as part of the overall body of Parks' work.
